Volunteers needed for MacEwan Ambassador Program

Submitted by on 2018/02/28 – 8:30 am

Students Affairs is looking for engaged students who want to develop their leadership skills. The MacEwan Ambassador Program (MAP) provides students with opportunities to serve the MacEwan and surrounding community through volunteerism. Students will lead campus tours, host and emcee campus events like New Student Orientation, Open House and conferences. The learning outcomes of this program allow for public speaking skill development, leadership training, professional networking and discovering a sense of community.

If you know a student who would be a good fit for this program, they must complete the following steps to apply:

  • Complete the application form at macewan.ca/ambassadors, email to map@macewan.ca and attend an interview
  • Attend the required trainings offered September 4–6 2018 (dates are subject to change)
  • Complete 40 hours of service during the 2018/19 academic year

Please email map@macewan.ca with any questions
