FREE Winter Fitness Blitz on January 7

Join us for a free preview of our winter fitness and aquatic programs at the Winter Fitness Blitz on January 7. Classes run between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. See our website for a detailed schedule of classes.

You can sample courses such as:

  • Aquatic: Aqua Zumba, Master Swim, Shallow and Deep Water Fitness, Stroke Improvement, Adult Learn to Swim
  • Conditioning and strength: Barre Fitness, Olympic Weightlifting, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, Triple Play, Kickboxing, Zumba Fitness, Zumba Step, Spin, Cardio Blitz, Sweat & Sculpt, HIIT, Personal Training
  • Mind and body: Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Pilates for Weight Loss

Pay with university funds

Register now for any of these courses using your Access to University Learning Activities fund. Forms are available on MyMacEwan under Staff Home >> University Services then Professional Development/ Apply. Submit the form to Human Resources.
