A big THANK YOU to everyone who made WILU 2012 a wonderful experience. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

A big ‘Welcome’ to all our delegates arriving today! The Registration Desk is now open! Pick up your conference package in The Robbins (building 9).
Pre-conference attendees: please note there has been a room change. The workshop rooms have been swapped. Ask a volunteer or convener for directions!

Access the full conference schedule, plan your sessions, view Grant MacEwan University campus maps, keep up-to-date on Facebook, Twitter, and more. The WILU 2012 mobile program is available for Android, iOS, Blackberry, and web-enabled devices.

Is there an information literacy topic you’d like to discuss with librarians from around North America? Please suggest a topic or question for groups to discuss during our Round Table Discussions!
The WILU 2012 Round Table Discussions will take place on Thursday, May 24 from 3:30pm-4:30pm. The deadline for submission is 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 23. Suggestions can be submitted using our online form, and will also be taken in person at the Registration/Information desk on Wednesday.
The online registration tool is now closed, and WILU 2012 will no longer be able to accept online registrations.
However, those wishing to attend the conference may register on-site.

WILU 2012 is filling up fast! Register for the last few available spots soon – registration closes May 7, 2012.
Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for registration fees, less a $25 administrative fee, will be issued by cheque for cancellations made on or before May 7, 2012. If you wish to cancel your registration after May 7th, no refund will be issued, however another individual from your institution may take your place at the conference at no additional cost. Please contact WILU2012@macewan.ca if you require more information.
