The WILU 2012 Round Table Discussions will take place on Thursday, May 24 from 3:30pm-4:30pm. The deadline for submission is 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 23. Suggestions can be submitted using our online form, and will also be taken in person at the Registration/Information desk on Wednesday.
The online registration tool is now closed, and WILU 2012 will no longer be able to accept online registrations.
However, those wishing to attend the conference may register on-site.

Coming to WILU 2012? Register for one of our Dine-Arounds and enjoy a great meal out in Edmonton!
Dine-arounds are a WILU tradition, and will take place on the evening of Thursday, May 24th. Delegates will have a chance to sample an Edmonton restaurant while enjoying the company of other delegates and a host from the WILU Organizing Committee.

Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds for registration fees, less a $25 administrative fee, will be issued by cheque for cancellations made on or before May 7, 2012. If you wish to cancel your registration after May 7th, no refund will be issued, however another individual from your institution may take your place at the conference at no additional cost. Please contact WILU2012@macewan.ca if you require more information.

Registration is now open for WILU 2012, hosted by Grant MacEwan University Library in Edmonton, Alberta from May 23-25! Keynotes include Dr. Michael Eisenberg and Adria Vasil. Program information is available on our website.
If you wish to make your conference registration payment with a method other than VISA or MasterCard, please call 780-633-3820 prior to starting the registration process.

Grant MacEwan University is hosting WILU 2012 and is looking for volunteers May 23, 24, and 25. As a thank-you, the following conference fee reductions will be offered:
For volunteers (including students) attending the full conference:
- ½ day volunteer (min. 3 hours) = $56 deduction in registration fee
For volunteers not attending the full conference:
- ½ day volunteer (min. 3 hours) = attend ½ day free

Volunteer Positions Available:
Registration Desk
Your role: To check participants in and provide them with conference information, and to answer general questions about the conference, the campus and Edmonton. The desk will be especially busy on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning as participants arrive.
Runner
Your role: To be a jack of all trades. Runners will be asked to pitch in wherever their help is needed. As the name suggests, the job may indeed involve running (or at least moving swiftly) between venues.
