Technology Support Help Desk is moving April 20

The Technology Centre (i.e., Tech Support walk-up desk) will be relocating during the upcoming John L. Haar Library renovations scheduled for the Spring and Summer terms. The Technology Centre will temporarily be operating out of 7-292 (the old SAMU offices). The new walk-up support desk will be open on Monday, April 20 and provide the following services:

  • Student Laptop Loan program
  • Student print job pick up service
  • Equipment pickup and drop off
  • Laptop and WiFi student commons area

All other services will be provided via email to techsupport@macewan.ca or through the online chat tool at www.macewan.ca/techsupportchat
