Expense, Procurement and Contract Services training sessions

Expense, Procurement and Contract Services (EPACS) invites you to attend one a training session highlighting navigation changes specific to expense and procurement.

Sessions will include:

  • Exploration of Travel and Expenses and Approvals tiles
  • Use of the navigation bar and where to locate Requisitions/Procurement
  • How to create a personal tile

There are no changes to expense and procurement procedures in PeopleSoft, therefore these sessions do not include training on expense or requisition entry and submission, approvals etc.

Session one: Wednesday, May 16, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m., Room 6-345
Session two: Wednesday, May 23, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m., Room 6-345

RSVP via email to PACS@macewan.ca and indicate which session you wish to attend. Space is limited to 30 seats per session.
