Digital forms information sessions
University Services has been working hard to convert all University Services-owned forms into a digital format for university-wide implementation. This includes all forms from Human Resources, Finance, Facilities, Retail and Campus Services, Procurement and Contract Services, Security Services and Space Management.
The use of digital forms will promote operational and environmental sustainability at MacEwan University. The new forms will decrease errors, decrease forgery risks, increase security of your personal information, decrease paper use, allow for access and approvals while working out-of-office, and ensure brand compliance.
Information sessions are being held in your area to help guide you through this transition and provide you with tools. The Digital Forms Information Sessions will cover:
